Cultivation Series is a monthly learning opportunity a headquarters✨ This month’s topic is: Shame-Free ADHD: Burn the Rulebook, Build What Works for You
Exhausted from the constant cycle of motivation, burnout, and shame? Ready for something that actually works? This isn't another "try harder" workshop. This is about building a life that works WITH your brain instead of against it.
In This 2-Hour Interactive Workshop, You'll:
REVEAL your authentic self beneath years of masking and adaptation
EMBRACE your unique brain wiring with practical self-acceptance tools
ADVOCATE for your needs with confidence and without over-explaining
LIVE authentically with systems designed for your reality
What Makes This Different?
Unlike most ADHD workshops that leave you with more information but no real change, you'll walk away from this session with actual tools implemented during our time together. No homework you'll never do. No systems you'll abandon in a week.
About Your Host:
Casey Jourdan is an ADHD coach specializing in helping late-diagnosed women and queer folks stop adapting TO the world and start designing lives that work FOR them. With a background in rehabilitation and mental health counseling, military service, and her own late ADHD diagnosis journey, she brings a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to her work.
Ready to stop collecting ADHD knowledge and start implementing real change?

From Resistance to Resilience: Self-Coaching Tools for Endurance and Action
A Pride Month Workshop with Em Robertson (they/them)
Certified Life Coach | Queerly Forward Coaching
What This Workshop Is About
In a moment when everything feels heavy—politically, emotionally, existentially—it’s easy to shut down. You might care deeply about what’s happening, but feel frozen, overwhelmed, or unsure how to keep showing up without burning out.
This workshop offers you space to reconnect to your purpose and your power. We’ll explore how queer organizers during the AIDS crisis practiced mutual aid, messy action, and imperfect momentum—and how we can do the same today.
You’ll learn practical self-coaching tools and we'll walk through them together, using your own life and values as the map. You’ll leave with clarity, groundedness, and a little more capacity to move forward—without needing to fix it all, or do it all alone.
You Might Love This If...
* You’re stuck in “what can I actually do?” mode
* You feel deeply about current trans rights rollbacks, political erasure, or rising fascism
* You care for others (as a parent, educator, healer, organizer, etc.) and need support for yourself
* You want tools for processing your thoughts, grounding your actions, and building sustainable momentum
* You’re queer, questioning, allied, or simply curious
* You want to spend Pride doing something that actually feels meaningful
What to Expect
* Some queer activism and history, not as a timeline—but as an emotional roadmap
* A crash course on the STEAR Map: a tool for moving from fear into action
* Time and space to practice the new tools and connect with each other
* Real talk, awkward jokes, and no-pressure participation
*All attendees will have the option to book a free Strategy Support Call with Em after the workshop—to help integrate the tool into your own life and next steps.
Come as you are. Leave with clarity, connection, and a few tools to carry forward. We’re not here to be perfect. We’re here to figure it out together.

A little about Somatic Breathwork: This method of somatic breathwork reconnects the power of our mind back to the innate wisdom of the body, offering an experiential and transformational approach to growth and healing. Rooted in neuroscience, our approach uses somatic-based breathwork, bodywork, and coaching techniques to safely identify and address undigested emotions and physical tension laying dormant in the body. By developing somatic sensing skills, individuals move toward clarity and authentic alignment.
Jacque Bliss Holistic Wellness is owned and operated by Jacqueline Boone, Functional Medicine NP, Reiki Master, SomatIQ Breathwork Facilitator. Jacque is doing these breathworks for the hq community to help bring a healing space to the queer/ women spaces. Donations of $10-$20 are appreciated as it goes to our community partners!
