MEET THE FOUNDER, CEO
Jaysa Cecil (she/her) is a dynamic and accomplished healthcare professional with a multifaceted background that spans military, federal, state and private health-related industries. Jaysa is an MBA graduate with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. As a former military flight medic with several years of service in the armed forces, Jaysa has a wealth of experience in providing healthcare in challenging and high-stress environments coupled with a strong understanding of military healthcare systems, including those within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Veterans Health Administration (VA). Her private healthcare experience includes working in various healthcare settings, such as large hospital systems, outpatient clinics, and state health departments as a project manager for public health, quality and patient safety improvement projects.
With a deep commitment to excellence and people-centered solutions, Jaysa has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead and innovate, ensuring that healthcare services meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness while improving quality of work for employees and customers. With over a decade of experience spanning business development, creative strategy, and operational leadership, Britt has guided dozens of ventures from concept to growth, serving as both strategist and hands-on builder.
